Why is it so important to you? : : To me, I always say that women are the fabric of every society. To change the evolution of Africa, we have to pay attention to the women. Specifically, in Africa, most women are usually at home and they are just the wives. They take care of the children, which is amazing because my mother did the same and played a huge influence on me for sure....

Sharing is caring. I truly hope to help at least one soul out there to experience mindfulness and consciousness. If you are lost and going through things in life, if you are happy and things are great but want to stay grounded, when you are following your path and want to be the best at it. Whatever you do in life, if you can master this, you will be forever grateful. But remember It is not a destination but a continuous journey as long as you are alive and conscious, you can always elevate and nurture your sense of mindfulness....

Don’t get it twisted. Took a long break after my fractured foot but hey I’m back at it! Although I miss wearing heels for now but grateful that I can get my fitness in, slowly but surly. Always get back up when you get knocked down.
