9 boys and 2 girls after school today Served a warm sourdough loaf - just out of the oven (I now know this is the best way to enjoy) with grass fed butter @kerrygoldusa almond butter and homemade honey sweetened chia jam. Organic popcorn cooked in palm oil @jukasorganic (makes it look just like movie theatre popcorn and it’s harvested sustainably and distributed by a lovely local co) with loads of melted butter and sea salt. Trail mix of nuts, seeds, goji berries and cacao nibs and some cut up apple and plum.
