Because of the dark orange pigment of red palm oil, it possesses powerful antioxidants plus has a high smoke point. Turn on the broiler in your over to medium high heat. Meanwhile, drizzle the salmon with red palm oil, sprinkle with garlic and garlic powder, herbs, salt and pepper. Broil salmon about 5 inches underneath the broiler for 15mins. Watch closely and wait till salmon becomes brown on top but not burn and cook through. Let rest for 3 minutes and serve.
