My favorite snack between breakfast and lunch to fuel my body. This is especially good before I can get a good lunch between meetings 🤷♀️. Also an awesome pre-workout drink , all natural and self made . Super simple & healthy (In case you are wondering how I keep this body summer ready all year round ). 1 cup of water, ½ cup of milk 🥛, two spoons of peanut butter, 2 to 3 poons of BAOBAB FRUIT POWDER & hint of honey (optional) and my energy level is solid and I finish feeling healthy.
