We love this beauty/cook book! It talks about the most important foods to consume for the body! We were happy to see some of our products featured in it!
My favorite tip in the book is keeping a flawless skin! It recommends to change sheets but particularly pillowcases a few times a week. Oil in our hair and residue from hair products rub off our pillowcases and while sleeping pores on our face absorbs everything on our pillowcases. Im totally guilty of not changing pillow cases a few times a week . I know lots of you are too so dont judge me
On this note Im changing them right now before going to the gym .
