Better days are coming. They’re called Saturday & Sunday. So, what’s your plan for this weekend? Don’t cry over the past, it’s gone. Don’t stress about the future, it hasn’t arrived. Live in the present and make it beautiful. It’s fun to get together and have something good to eat at least once a day. That’s what human life is all about – enjoying things. Food is music to the body and music is food to the heart. Eat to nourish your body and stop letting food be the boss of you. The best AB-Exercise is also five sets of stop eating so much crap. Your diet should be your No.1 priority because you can live in the gym but if you don’t eat clean, you’re wasting your time. How can you expect your body to last for a long and enjoyable lifetime if you don’t put the proper building blocks in there? Counting calories becomes completely unnecessary when your food doesn’t come with labels. So, create healthy habits not restrictions. Be careful not to underestimate how much you eat and overestimate how much you exercise. Eat healthy, sleep mindfully, exercise fiercely and repeat! Take time to make your soul happy.
