1.Gym, 2.Yoga, 3.Simply Staying Still Or 4. Anything Goes? How do you start your day?🤔
If you don’t think it matters, try #2 or #3 and watch how your energy and vibration will take a whole 180 degree turn throughout your day. My favorite on the weekend is simply staying still with beautiful candles and very low Jazz music. Call it annoying but will not speak to anyone for at lease 45mins and if I do it’s usually with a lower voice . This allow me to truly connect with the self. I let go and just allow the universe to take my thoughts wherever it desires. Sometimes my thoughts are blurry, sometimes deep and at times inspirational and sometimes it’s really nothing in this mind, it is just allowing time to pass by. I find this ritual truly peaceful and liberating.These are the moments I feel most alive. We allow life to consume us when it should be the other way around. We should consume and truly live life while we are here.
